This policy explains what personal information we collect on innovagraphic.com, how we use it and what you can do about it. This website belongs to Innova Graphic & Signs LLC, a Tampa, Florida business with its shop at 1030 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33603 (“Innova”, “we”, “us”).

Information we collect

When you request a quote through our form, on WhatsApp, by phone or at the shop, we may ask for:

• Your name.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number.
• Your email address, if you choose to give it (it is optional).
• The service you are interested in and the job details: vehicle type and model, measurements or a description.
• Any photos you upload of your vehicle, your storefront or your design.
• How you prefer to be contacted.

Like any website, our server also logs basic technical data from each visit (IP address, browser type and pages viewed) to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your quote.
• To contact you the way you chose about your order.
• To produce, install or deliver your job.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices and taxes.
• To keep the website running and protect it from spam.

We do not use your information to send you promotions unless you give us permission.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is only seen by the Innova team handling your order and by the providers that help us work, each with only what they need: our website hosting and email, WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there, and the shipping company if you ask us to send you something. We would also share it if a law or an authority requires us to.

Photos you send us

We use the photos you upload to quote and complete your job. We like to show finished work on our website and social media; when we do, we never include the customer address. If you would rather we did not post yours, just tell us and we will not.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. This website only uses the ones it needs to work, such as the one that remembers whether you view it in English or Spanish and the ones that protect the form.

If we ever use tools to measure visits or our ads (for example, Google tools), those tools may set their own cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working, although you may need to choose your language again.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to handle your request and complete your job, and as long as tax and accounting laws require. What we no longer need, we delete.

How we protect it

The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and only our team can access quote requests. No system is perfect, but we look after your information like we would our own.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it or delete it, and to stop contacting you. Text or call us at (321) 914-2028 and we will take care of it. We may need to keep some information if a law requires it, such as invoice records.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us their information, let us know and we will delete it.

From here you can go to Google Maps, WhatsApp or Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Quotes and prices

• Quotes are free and come with no obligation.
• The prices we publish (for example, T-shirt prices) are for reference and may change. Tax and shipping are extra unless we say otherwise.
• The final price is the one in the quote we confirm for your order.
• Materials, delivery dates and any warranty for a job are the ones we agree on in writing in your quote or invoice.

Your designs and files

• If you send us logos, photos or text, you confirm you have the right to use them.
• We may refuse to print anything that uses other people’s trademarks or images without permission, or that is illegal or offensive.
• Before production, we show you the design for approval. Check the text, phone numbers and spelling carefully: we produce what you approve.
• Colors may look slightly different on screen and on the printed material.

Photos and images on this site

Project photos show real jobs we completed. Some images that explain our services are illustrations. The text, logo and photos on this site belong to Innova Graphic & Signs or are used with permission; vehicle and customer brands belong to their owners. Please do not copy our content without asking.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is general and may change or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising solely from use of the site.

Governing law and changes
